SHIPPING POLICY
Products are shipped via USPS. Beauty Essentials and Ready To Ship Hair" that is ordered before 12P.M. CT is processed within the same business day. Pre-ordered hair is processed within 5-7 business days. All require a 1 - 3 day delivery. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is processed within the Silk In Lush facility, it will arrive at the courier, and your tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery. Importantly, all orders will require a signature upon distribution.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
All orders are non-refundable and ineligible for cancellation. However, there are no refunds or exchanges due to health regulations. In a rare case if your order is incorrect or you believe that you received defective merchandise contact us immediately. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
